Burak is an Industrial Ecologist & Sustainability Scientist who has been striving to contribute to the efforts made to transform the transportation system to be safer and more sustainable. He has conducted several projects about electric vehicles, sustainability, material-energy transportation, battery, system dynamics, and agent-based modeling.

Dr. Haluk Laman

Haluk is a Transportation Scientist expert in connected vehicles, ITS, Traffic Simulation Modeling, Traffic Operations & Safety, Planning, Data Science & Stats. He managed several statewide & local projects funded by FDOT, Florida's Turnpike & Central Florida Expressway Authority including truck-only lane studies, truck routing strategies, innovative traffic data collection systems, & incident management.

Dr. Tolga Ercan

Tolga is a Transportation Scientist who is expert in connected vehicles & Intelligent Transportation Systems, with experience in ITS design, traffic operations, & multi-modal planning. He conducted several projects during the last years. He manages all ITS field operations & device installations, including RSUs, video camera systems, & sensors.

Dr. Ramin Arvin

Ramin is a Data Scientist with a PhD in Transportation Engineering who has an extensive experience in applying statistical analysis & machine learning methods in real-world applications. He has conducted several projects about Intelligent Transportation System & integration of emerging big data generated by CAVs in transportation analysis.

Dr. Samira Ahangari

Samira is a Transportation Scientist expert in Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAVs). She has conducted several projects in the field of Human Machine Interface, Drivers Behavior and Distracted Driving, and Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAVs). More specifically, her research focus is on investigating the Impact of the Eco-Speed Control System on Driver Behavior and Emissions Reduction.

Bahar Azin

Bahar is a Transportation Scientist expert in traffic management, planning, and data analysis. She has conducted several projects in the field of traffic network operations improvement, safety, and design. One of her main expertise areas is management, planning and design of electric vehicles’ charging infrastructure.

Nashid Khadem

Nashid is a Transportation Scientist. She is working on different research projects related to transportation engineering, electric vehicles, and autonomous vehicles to ensure a safe and secured transportation sector. Nashid worked as an Environmental Specialist with nearly five years of experience, developing and monitoring environment-related projects.

Md Muhib Kabir

Md Muhib is a Transportation Scientist conducting research at National Transportation Center and Safety and Behavioral Analysis Center. He conducted several projects in shared mobility, transportation equity, accessibility, and safety.
