First or Last-mile

Relying on public transportation systems to travel from one place to another, the traveler usually needs a considerable distance from and to each of the transport stations on foot. These relatively unpleasant extra steps are what is referred to as the First Mile / Last Mile or FM / LM problem. Mobility as a service technology is used to improve the lives of travelers and increase their satisfaction and facilitate travelers.
