Big Data
Big data is a term that describes a large volume of data — both structured and unstructured — that inundates a business on a day-to-day basis. It also refers to data that is so large, fast, or complex that it’s difficult, or even impossible, to process using traditional methods and/or within acceptable time and value requirements. It is used in many different fields, such as health care, media, information technology, and government.
